Xpdia helps new business grow for it! WARRINGTON Borough Council in partnership with its initiative Xpdia is waving goodbye to a business it has helped to grow from its early days. Wire Solutions trade as a BT Local Business offering SMEs a one-stop voice, data solutions, broadband services, and new wave technologies. The company is now so well established that the time has come for them to move to new premises in Culcheth. Barry Tuffs and Mike Visagie chose Warrington as a location to set up their business because of the town’s status as one of the fastest growing economies in the UK. Xpdia work in partnership with NWDA, Business Link, and the Warrington 2000+. Barry Tuffs said: “We were delighted to receive the support provided by Xpdia and the borough council. “As a start up company we had access to high quality business accommodation at reduced rates with a flexible rolling tenancy programme. We chose Xpdia because of the opportunities to work with an established public/private network.” Barry is now looking to develop his business plan and increase turnover by 50%, as well as creating new jobs in the town. Carsten Kressel, Head of Economic Development, said: “Wire Solutions is a perfect example of how Xpdia can help small businesses prosper and grow. “I am pleased that Wire Solutions have used the support offered and are now in the position to move into bigger premises in Warrington. I wish them well for the future.” A launch party for Wire Solutions, together with Warrington Borough Council, will be taking place later this month. |
